Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it! You can cancel up to 72 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the tour will receive 50% back, and those made within 24 hours are non-refundable. West Sun Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to weather or unforeseen events. If it’s outside our control, we are able to do a full refund or a reschedule.
